Above average and great breakfast and other services where exceptional. Stayed in huge standard twin room with very comfortable beds. The stuff was very amiable, we had an easy check-in. The location was comfortable, 10 min walk from bus station.

English speaking and polite staff. Efficient design and cleanliness. Good buffet breakfast. Though no restaurant on site, the local restaurant 5 minutes down the street serves good Portugese grilled fish and steak on an open grill. Pleasant experience. Internet (15 minutes free) costs 4.95 eur for 2 hours. Comfortable ergo chair.

Complete ignorance od Guests, they send an e-mail with incorrect adress: Address Rua Da Guiné 10, Antigo Edifício Hidrotecnica Portuguesa Prior Velho (Lisboa), 2685-334 Portugal We were searching for the hotel in city center for 2 hrs(there is Rua Da guine 10 in the downtown of Lisbon). There are no information plates as how to get to the Hotel from the highway and in fact You have to try and check every single road.Reception desk say: this is relatively new hotel but You are not the first one(can You believe?: they know it and don't anything about it!!!)
